**Receptionist**:
**Description**:
The Bank’s entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. It strives to provide both in-house and external clients with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently and at the best possible cost. The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. COO employees are committed to providing, with professionalism and enthusiasm, an efficient, proactive, high-quality service that meets the needs of clients within the context of the Bank’s overall strategy.

Faire preuve d' une vigilance exemplaire au niveau des accès physiques Communiquer de manière régulière avec la hiérarchie et demander assistance en cas de doute
**Main responsibilities**:
Reception
- Accueil
- Accueil, identification et prise en charge professionnelle des différents visiteurs
- Mise en relation entre les collaborateurs des différents services et leurs visiteurs
- Mise en place des salons de conférence et service des boissons
- Veiller à la propreté des lieux et à la sécurité des biens et des personnes
- Veiller à appliquer les procédures particulières
- (Sécurité physique - gestion des alarmes - contrôle des accès aux bâtiments)
- AppliquerToutes les procédures en vigueur au sein du département et celles émanant des ressources humaines.
- Renseigner les demandes des collaborateurs internes
- tenir un tableau de bord des activités du site
- Mise à jour des effectifs du site sur Excel (trombinoscope)
- Gestion des badges d'identification aux visiteurs et des badges magnétiques aux collaborateurs qui en sont dépourvus
- participation active aux rotations de remplacements inter sites
Support logistique
- Distribution de la presse et du courrier dans les étages selon les horaires et les points de distribution établis
- Acheminement des différents matériaux et consommables dans les étages
- Gestion des stocks
- Contrôle permanent des locaux et communication si besoin d’intervention auprès des départements concernés (technique-sécurité-IT)
- Contrôle propreté, et mise en place quotidienne des produits consommables dans les offices de cafétéria du personnel
- Contrôle et remplissage des stocks de papier d'impression
- Aider à la bonne installation des nouveaux collaborateurs
Sécurité-Confidentialité
- S’assurer que des informations et les documents confidentiels soient toujours traités selon la politique interne en vigueur
- Connaître et appliquer l’ensemble des procédures en vigueur dans les domaines sécuritaires (ouverture-fermeture-accès aux bâtiments)
- Communiquer sans délai à son responsable direct, aux autres réceptions et/ou à la sécurité selon les cas
- Suivre les recommandations et les procédures transmises.
**Education**:
- Education: High School/ Maturité / Baccalauréat
**Experience**:
- Years of experience: 7-10 : senior
- Experience in private banking: Optional

- French: Fluent
