**Urgent Temporary Receptionist**

On behalf of a prestigious financial company in Zurich, we are looking for a temporary Receptionist to cover a temporary mission (1 month), to start rapidly.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Welcoming and looking after customers and guests
- Managing client meetings: rooms reservation, video conference set-up, serving drinks, cleaning-up
- Providing general secretarial tasks (scanning, copying, etc.)

**Your profile**
- Students within the hospitality sector who are looking for a great summer job
- Excellent client and service orientation with high social competencies
- Pleasant confident appearance, positive charisma, professional and discreet behavior
- Stress resistant, multi-task capacity & problem-solver
- Good communication and time management skills
- Excellent German & English knowledge
