**Receptionist / Beauty Concierge**

For our Temple of Beauty ideally located in the center of Geneva, we are looking for a bilingual English/French Beauty Concierge to join our team in our Reception.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at the reception as Beauty Concierge. This position combines responsibilities in order to manage the guest’s experience from A to Z.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement and Reception Duties**:

- Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.
- Provide accurate information about our services, products, and promotions to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
- **Autonomous Workflow and Multichannel Communication**:

- Work independently to achieve daily and weekly targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to lead generation and client engagement.
- Utilize various communication channels to stay in touch with potential clients and manage client relationships effectively.
- **Lead Campaign support and Appointment Booking**:

- **Language Skills and Consultation Appointment Setting**:

- Fluent in both French and English, articulating and communicating confidently with clients in both languages.
- Persuade potential clients to schedule consultations with our team, maintaining a professional and persuasive communication style.
- **Reception and Sales Support**:

- Manage a busy schedule, including appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling, utilizing software efficiently.
- Automatically schedule each customer's next appointment after each visit.
- Process client payments, issue invoices, and handle cash transactions accurately, promoting and selling retail products.
- **Collaboration and Record Management**:

- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth coordination of client services and schedules, providing necessary updates and communicating any changes promptly.
- Maintain client records and confidentiality, adhering to data protection guidelines and privacy policies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with telemarketing & sales will be an asset.
