**Role Description**:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our market presence. Your role will be to grow the lead pipeline, identify new markets and develop business and sales teams in a fast-growing start-up environment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- ** Optimize market fit**: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to refine the product-market fit.
- ** Lead generation and market research**: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., industry events, online platforms, referrals).
- ** Sales pipeline development and follow-up**: Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with potential customers.
- ** Develop future business development and sales teams**:Build, mentor and lead both business development and sales teams and ensure alignment and synergy between them.
- ** Product commercialization**: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- ** Partner development**: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand market reach and accelerate growth.
- ** Sales forecasting and reporting**: Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports on business performance.

**Your qualifications**:

- Proven track record in business development with a focus on market expansion and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Fuel cell industry experience is a plus.
- Technical background is a strong plus, especially in mechanical or micro-engineering and electrical engineering.
- Fluency in French and English is required, German is a strong plus.
