Customer Service Support Officer (m/w/d)
Job DescriptionIn der Funktion als Customer Service Support Officer (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Verwaltung und Bearbeitung von Service-Störungsmeldungen, die Koordination von Servicetechnikern und die Bereitstellung eines hervorragenden Kundensupports. Du trägst entscheidend dazu bei, die Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten und einen effizienten Betrieb aufrechtzuerhalten.
Du bist Teil des Customer Care Center Teams in Horgen und berichtest in dieser Funktion an den Customer Care Center Manager Alps.
Dein Job:
- Entgegennahme, Weiterleitung und administrative Abwicklung von Störungsmeldungen und Koordination der entsprechenden Service Engineers
- Tatkräftige Unterstützung unseres Teams durch telefonische und digitale Betreuung unserer anspruchsvollen Kunden in Deutsch und teilweise in Französisch und Englisch
- Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Serviceleitern und der Vertragsabteilung
- Verrechnung und Verbuchung von Serviceaufträgen

- Fundierte kaufmännische Erfahrung sowie Praxiserfahrung im Umfeld der Kundenbetreuung
- Versierter Umgang im Umfeld der MS-Office Programmen sowie mit SAP, gute Anwenderkenntnisse mit den Programmen Salesforce / Servicemax von Vorteil
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Große Flexibilität, hohes Engagement sowie Hands-on-Mentalität
- Umsichtiger, verantwortungsbewusster und vor allem teamorientierter Arbeitsstil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse sowie gute Kenntnisse in Englisch. Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
