Your Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Development: Guide a team of Customer Service Managers to meet performance targets, promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Mentorship: Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and career growth.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear objectives, and offer constructive feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align customer service strategies with overall business objectives.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Customer Support experience
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and analytical tools
