For one of our clients, a software company in Geneva, we are looking for an Executive Assistant (m/w) to their CEO.

Your responsibilities:


  • Ensure the CEO's day-to-day operations
  • Travel and meeting coordination
  • Administrative support such as preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and requests
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination
  • Project management including research, data analysis, and report preparation
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external parties
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality

Your profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French, German is a plus
  • Previous experience in assisting a CEO in a large multinational ideally within the financial services industry
  • Possess exceptional communication and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanour and appearance
