The team, position & mission:

At Orange Business, we're searching for a passionate and dynamic CRM Project Manager to strengthen our Customer Experience team. Your mission will be to provide operational support for the implementation and monitoring of various digital projects in partnership with the teams involved within our organisation.


Your key areas of responsibility as CRM Project Manager:

  • Identifying, analysing and formalising business application development requirements
  • Monitoring the correct implementation of development requests with the Information Systems Division
  • Ensuring the quality and consistency of data in collaboration with the markets
  • Contributing to the production of reports for the attention of management
  • Providing daily support to market users
  • Producing and updating functional documentation
  • Training new users and sharing best practice
  • Carrying out data exports in response to business requests

As an ideal candidate you have:

  • University education in the commercial, hotel or technical field
  • 5 years' successful experience in CRM project management in a sales, marketing, information systems, digital agency or consultancy company
  • Experience in data management and proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI), if possible in an international environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English
  • Proficiency in office IT tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Domicile in Switzerland
