We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Construction Project Manager to join our team at VisilabGroup. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our retail stores across Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage store fitting projects from feasibility assessment to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement store layouts and concepts in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Procure and manage vendors and contractors for store construction and maintenance projects.
- Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
- Represent VisilabGroup in dealings with general contractors, architects, and property owners.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- Completed technical training with experience in project management and construction supervision.
- Several years of experience in retail store development and facilities management.
- Strong cost and quality awareness, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in German and French (mother tongue), with business-level English and Italian language skills an advantage.
- Proficient in MS-Office and SAP software, with experience in project management tools a plus.
