About the Role

Chopard is seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Coordinator to join its Information Systems Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging training content, managing the Learning Management System (LMS), and deploying training campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop interactive training modules, including text, video, and presentation content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Manage and administer the LMS, including course creation, user enrollment, and permission management.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth operation of the LMS.
  • Monitor and analyze LMS data to evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Plan and execute online training campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Communicate launch dates, updates, and resources to learners.
  • Lead and manage digital training projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
Requirements
  • University degree in sales, digital marketing, or communications.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) capabilities and limitations, including Cornerstone and SCORM/xAPI standards.
  • Proficient in using Content Management Systems, including Elucidat.
  • Experience in retail sales and interest in the luxury sector.
  • Good project management skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong composition and grammar skills, as well as learning solution architecture experience.
