We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Construction Project Manager to join our team at VisilabGroup. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our retail stores across Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage store fitting projects from feasibility assessment to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement store layouts and concepts in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Procure and manage vendors and contractors for store construction and maintenance projects.
- Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
- Represent VisilabGroup as the primary point of contact for general contractors, architects, and property owners.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Completed technical training with a focus on construction or a related field, and relevant project management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in German and French (C2 level), with business-level English proficiency (B2 level) and knowledge of Italian an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with experience in project management software an advantage.
