Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Construction Manager to join our team at VisilabGroup. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage store fitting projects from feasibility assessment to completion and store opening.
  • Develop and implement store layouts and concepts in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Procure and manage vendors and contractors for store construction projects.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
  • Represent VisilabGroup in dealings with general contractors, architects, and property owners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Completed technical training with experience in project management and construction supervision.
  • Several years of experience in retail construction and project management.
  • Strong cost and quality awareness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and efficient working methods.
  • Healthy assertiveness and conflict management skills.
  • Fluency in German and French (or equivalent), with business-level English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office and SAP (or equivalent) software.
