Industrialization Manager

- The Industrialization Manager will join a team of 3 and will report to the Head of Supply Chain
- Gather requirements of the "Product Quality Improvements" and assess with the Quality Manager if a product modification or quality card needs to be created
- Create Product modification in collaboration with internal actors and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
- Monitor prices of Technical Information and check quotations
- Focus on production planning if any production bottleneck
- Support the introduction of new products in production, in relation with the Project Manager
- Support logistics to ensure a smooth material workflow
- Manage the production/assembly procedures
- Manage QCards implementation in the supply chain with the Quality Manager
- Manage quality assurance system and equipment with the OEM, in relation with the quality manager
- Bachelor or Master degree in Mechatronics Engineering
- Background in mechanics, electronics, industrial automation, quality control, optics and metrology.
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in machine-tool, robotics or special machinery industry.
- Fluent written and spoken in English and in French; Italian or German or Chinese is a plus
- Able to work in an international and multicultural organization
- Willing to travel (> 20%)
- Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Process-oriented; able to identify process improvements and implement change successfully
- Adaptable to changing project scopes and priorities; and remains solution oriented through change
