Industrialization Manager

About the Role
The Industrialization Manager will be part of a team of 3 and will report to the Head of Supply Chain at GF Machining Solutions SA.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements for product quality improvements and assess with the Quality Manager to determine if a product modification or quality card needs to be created.
- Create product modifications in collaboration with internal stakeholders and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Monitor prices of technical information and check quotations.
- Focus on production planning to address any production bottlenecks.
- Support the introduction of new products in production, in relation with the Project Manager.
- Support logistics to ensure a smooth material workflow.
- Manage production and assembly procedures.
- Manage QCards implementation in the supply chain with the Quality Manager.
- Manage quality assurance systems and equipment with the OEM, in relation with the quality manager.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor or Master degree in Mechatronics Engineering and a background in mechanics, electronics, industrial automation, quality control, optics, and metrology.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, preferably in the machine-tool, robotics, or special machinery industry.
Fluency in English and French is required, with Italian, German, or Chinese being a plus.
The candidate should be able to work in an international and multicultural organization and be willing to travel more than 20% of the time.
