Industrialization Specialist

About the Role

The Industrialization Manager will be part of a team of three, reporting to the Head of Supply Chain. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

• Gather requirements for "Product Quality Improvements" and collaborate with the Quality Manager to assess the need for product modifications or quality cards.
• Create product modifications in collaboration with internal stakeholders and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
• Monitor prices of technical information and check quotations.
• Focus on production planning to address any production bottlenecks.
• Support the introduction of new products in production, in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Support logistics to ensure seamless material workflows.
• Manage production and assembly procedures.
• Implement QCards in the supply chain, in collaboration with the Quality Manager.
• Manage quality assurance systems and equipment, in collaboration with the OEM and Quality Manager.

About You

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering.
• Background in mechanics, electronics, industrial automation, quality control, optics, and metrology.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in the machine-tool, robotics, or special machinery industry.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French; Italian, German, or Chinese is an asset.
• Able to work in an international and multicultural organization.
• Willing to travel (more than 20%).
• Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Process-oriented, able to identify process improvements and implement change successfully.
• Adaptable to changing project scopes and priorities, remaining solution-oriented through change.
