Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Development Team Lead to join our team in Geneva. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers and DBAs, overseeing the planning, monitoring, and execution of developments in our project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and manage the team in the planning, monitoring, and execution of developments in the project portfolio.
  • Understand user needs and write specifications to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Develop software solutions in response to user needs, primarily in.NET, XAMARIN, and Angular.
  • Provide user support and participate in the maintenance of applications.
  • Collaborate with the DBA team to design data models.
  • Test and validate IT developments.
  • Work closely with business analysts to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position as IT development manager.
  • Expertise in development in the.NET environment, including ASP.NET, C#.NET, Xamarin, WCF, WPF, Entity Framework, and Microservices.
  • Proficiency in development in an SQL Server environment (Transact-SQL).
  • Knowledge of management information systems (ERP, PURCHASING, SALES).
  • Proficiency in IT tools (MS OFFICE - Word, Excel, MS PROJECT, VISIO).
  • Ability to analyze user needs and write specifications.
  • Fluency in French and English; German is an asset.
