About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Cartier. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs to develop product expertise, service, sales, and clienteling skills, as well as improving boutique efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement training programs aligned with business objectives and strategic plans.
  • Identify training needs within the organization and develop training strategies to address them.
  • Lead motivational and leadership programs for office and boutique teams.
  • Assess and recommend internal or external learning resources to support development plans.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions in line with Cartier's expectations.
Project Management and Development
  • Develop and implement a training plan consistent with Cartier's strategic plan and HR cycle.
  • Manage and monitor budget for training initiatives.
  • Organize and coordinate pilot projects, including content creation and L&D initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness.
  • Develop a blended training strategy (digital and face-to-face) to ensure effective deployment.
  • Conduct comparative analyses of the competition and trends in learning.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience, preferably in a retail or luxury segment, with international experience.
  • Experience in L&D, HR development, or retail departments.
  • Good knowledge of digital trends, information technologies, and their impact on the company, culture, and management.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and agile, with a pragmatic approach and proven project management skills.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus.
