Job Title: Senior Manager - Project Management Office

Location: Global

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Project Management Office (PMO) in the Ingredients division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for deploying and enforcing project management methodologies, creating and monitoring business cases, and consolidating and reporting on project portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and standards in line with industry best practices.
  • Create and monitor business cases for project initiatives, ensuring alignment with divisional objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Consolidate and report on project portfolios, including review of project timelines, issues, risks, resourcing, budgets, and After-Action Reviews (AAR).
  • Develop and nurture project management competencies within the Ingredients division, mentoring project managers and providing hands-on support for initiative delivery.
  • Instill a project management culture and fact-based assessments of project progress and benefit delivery in the Ingredients organization.

You Bring:

  • A proven track record of delivery in project management, with experience in deploying and enforcing project management methodologies.
  • Strong business case development and monitoring skills, with the ability to create and manage project portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in French is a plus.
