- Change Management: Coordinate change management activities with end-users, measuring the impact on business operations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- CRC Systems Continuous Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of CRC systems, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Business Performance: Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that drive business performance and improve customer experiences.
- Business Acumen: Possess a minimum of 7 years' business background, including experience in contact center, customer-focused consultancy, or customer service.
- CRC Functional Expertise: Have a deep understanding of CRC processes and systems, with the ability to provide expert guidance to business stakeholders.
- Interpersonal and Cross-Cultural Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, with the ability to work effectively with regional CRC management and business stakeholders.
- Project Management: Possess project management experience and the ability to operate at all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial strategy through to full program delivery.
