Job Description

At DuPont, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that make a real impact. As a Regional Sales Manager for Personal Protection, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the EMEA regional sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to capture new market opportunities and defend existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and technology leadership to ensure sales resources are effectively prioritized and aligned with segment objectives.
  • Execute key actions to achieve regional sales targets, track opportunities pipeline, and ensure distribution/supply and rebate contracts compliance.
  • Cultivate strong external focus with key customers, end-users, and stakeholders to define specific goals for each key account manager to achieve revenue and increase market share.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science or business, MBA or advanced degree in relevant field preferred.
  • Extensive experience in sales, preferably in textile or personal protective equipment industry.
  • Proven ability to lead/influence large teams/projects while accomplishing defined objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions to satisfy/retain end-users.
  • Strong knowledge of opportunity pipeline management and CRM (Salesforce) proficiency.
