Job Summary

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the SAP implementation program at Richemont. This role requires a strong background in SAP project management, logistics, and supply chain management. You will be responsible for creating and executing project work plans, identifying resources and assigning individual responsibilities, managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project, and ensuring project documents are complete and updated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project work plans, applying Competence centre methodology and tools (SSM)
  • Identify and assign resources, manage project scope, and prepare for regular project status meetings
  • Communicate risks and ensure project documents are complete and updated
  • Manage projects with the objective of respecting deadlines and budget
  • Organize the timely setup and testing of Authorizations in line with the Group Guidelines
  • Prepare required Data and corresponding Migration Plans, and organize Test Sessions covering the Project Requirements
  • Define the Cutover Strategy, define a Cutover Plan, and organize its execution and tracking
  • Ensure the completion of all Deliverables according to the OPS&BF department Methodology
  • Act as a facilitator between the Product Area Domain Logistic teams and Business Partners, Group Logistic, other Products, etc.
  • Contribute to main project decisions regarding key processes by challenging business requirements and organizing meetings with decision-makers
  • Ensure communication of project progression and key decisions to business and IT teams
  • Ensure consistent integration between different OPS&BF Products with the support from Head Of / Product Area Manager (PAM)
  • Organize regular Status Meetings and establish regular Project Reports
  • Monitor Project Budget and communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully to partners
  • Identify Change Management actions and monitor their execution by the Business
  • Timely Escalate Blocking Project Points to the Management
  • Accompany the project after go-live and address remaining issues
  • Organize Project Closing and ensure completion of all required deliverables


Requirements

  • Business School / University degree or 4 years of working experience as a SAP/IT project manager
  • Hands-on SAP skills, preferably in Logistics and/or SCE area, SAP modules EWM, WM, LE, PTP, and OTC
  • Experience in leading as a Project Manager with min. 2 or more SAP projects
  • Minimum 6-year successful experience in SAP project implementation as Project Manager and/or PMO
  • Mandatory Languages: English and French
  • Required aptitude and qualities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, and willingness to travel (up to 40%)
