Job Title – Global Innovation Deployment Senior Manager

Location – Europe with preference for Satigny, Geneva, Switzerland or Vienna, Austria

Job Model – Hybrid

We are seeking a highly driven and motivated Senior Manager to lead our Global Innovation Deployment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical marketing, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global deployment plans for Taste innovation projects, covering all pre-commercialization and technical marketing aspects.
  • Elaborate clear value propositions and storytelling backed-up with science and technical data.
  • Ensure the innovation project portfolio is ready for deployment in target markets, including trademarking, consumer insights, regulatory compliance, supply chain, documentation, and systems readiness.
  • Design innovative internal and external launch materials, including market product demos.
  • Drive and participate in internal trainings for the creation, technical, marketing, and commercial communities.
  • Collaborate with strategic and technical innovation program leaders to assess elements such as positioning, route to market, partnerships, pricing strategy, technical performance, and more.
  • Foster communication between global and regional teams, as well as among global functions and strategic business units.

You Bring:

  • A university degree in Food/Flavor Technology or Business Administration.
  • 5-10 years' experience in the food and beverages or food ingredients industry, with B2B and B2C experience being a significant asset.
  • Excellent project management skills, rigorous and organized, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent technical marketing background, with the ability to explain complex scientific topics in clear, concise, and client-focused manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional communication, persuasive, and good influencing skills across cultures and geographies.
