Job Title
Global Innovation Deployment Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develops and implements global deployment strategies for Taste innovation projects, encompassing pre-commercialization and technical marketing aspects.
  2. Creates clear value propositions and compelling storytelling, backed by scientific and technical data.
  3. Ensures the innovation project portfolio is prepared for deployment in target markets, including trademarking, consumer insights, regulatory compliance, supply chain readiness, documentation, and system preparedness.
  4. Designs innovative internal and external launch materials, including market product demos.
  5. Leads and participates in internal trainings for creation, technical, marketing, and commercial communities.
  6. Collaborates with strategic and technical innovation program leaders to assess elements such as positioning, route to market, partnerships, pricing strategy, technical performance, and more.
  7. Fosters communication between global and regional teams, as well as across global functions and strategic business units.

You Bring:
  1. A university degree in Food/Flavor Technology or Business Administration.
  2. 5-10 years of experience in the food and beverages or food ingredients industry, with B2B and B2C experience being a significant asset.
  3. Excellent project management skills, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  4. Outstanding technical marketing skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific topics clearly and concisely.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional communication and persuade across cultures and geographies.
