Job Title – Ingredients Portfolio Manager Senior Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Ingredients Portfolio Management team. As a key member of our Ingredients division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive portfolio management strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Ingredients business, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Lead the development of a portfolio management strategy that prioritizes key projects and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery and portfolio management practices across the Ingredients division.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to develop their portfolio management skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in portfolio management to ensure our approach remains competitive and effective.

  • Proven experience in portfolio management, project delivery, and team leadership.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
