Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution:

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of SAP projects at Richemont. This includes identifying gaps, monitoring the creation and execution of enhancement and rollout requests, and re-enforcing a template approach to ensure a balanced approach between template interests and business interests.

Project Management:

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project, preparing for regular project status meetings, identifying and communicating risks, and ensuring project documents are complete and updated.

Cutover Strategy and Execution:

You will define the cutover strategy, create a cutover plan, and organize its execution and tracking. You will also ensure the completion of all deliverables according to the OPS&BF department methodology.

Communication and Collaboration:

You will act as a facilitator between the Product Area Domain Logistic teams and Business Partners, Group Logistic, other Products, etc. You will also communicate project progression and key decisions to business and IT teams.

Quality Management:

You will ensure quality management actions, including manual and auto tests for the project scope. You will also organize regular status meetings and establish regular project reports.

Project Closing:

You will organize project closing and ensure the completion of all required deliverables.

Pre-requisites for the Job:

  • Education:

A Business School/University degree or 4 years of working experience as a SAP/IT project manager.

Areas of Competencies:

Hands-on SAP skills, preferably in Logistics and/or SCE area, SAP modules EWM, WM, LE, PTP, and OTC.

Specific Knowledge:

Integration knowledge is required.

Professional Experience:

Minimum 6-year successful experience in SAP project implementation as a Project Manager and/or PMO.

Mandatory Languages:

English and French.

Required Aptitude and Qualities:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are needed. You should favour teamwork and trustful relationships with other project team members. You should also be able to work independently and understand when communication to peers or superiors is required. Willingness to travel, expected up to 40%.
