Afin de renforcer notre Département Vente & Marketing, nous recherchons un/e Segment Manager (h/f/x). Au sein de l'équipe en charge des activités de marketing de segment, vous veillerez à la connaissance du marché et des clients, assurerez la cohérence de différentes catégories de produits d'assurance sur toute la chaîne de valeur et participerez au développement du plan marketing.

Les missions qui vous attendent :

  • Veiller à la connaissance de son segment de clientèle en analysant les données à disposition (études de marché, Analytics, tendances, etc.) et partager ces informations aux parties prenantes de l'entreprise
  • Veiller à la création et au déroulement du plan marketing annuel de son segment de clientèle
  • Veiller à la mise en œuvre des campagnes marketing définies dans le plan marketing
  • Contribuer au développement des produits de son segment dans une approche orientée client, en participant à l'adaptation de la proposition de valeur des produits et services en fonction des besoins et spécificités des cibles identifiées
  • Gérer des séances de coordination avec les forces de vente et les équipes produits
  • Contribuer à l'évolution de la stratégie marketing en vous appuyant sur les résultats d'études de marchés et de la concurrence

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme universitaire ou formation jugée équivalente, brevet fédéral ou connaissances approfondies en assurances
  • Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire (idéalement 5 ans)
  • Langue maternelle française avec une bonne connaissance de l'allemand (oral et écrit)

De nature organisée et précise, vous aimez travailler en réseau avec différentes équipes, êtes ouvert aux changements et prenez volontiers des initiatives. A l'écoute et disponible, vous vous montrez dynamique, orienté solutions et avez le sens de la négociation.
