**CE QUE VOUS FEREZ**
- Renforcer l'équipe de Management de projets en place en Romandie
- Etre garant de la bonne conduite des projets sous gestion et de la consolidation financière des opérations
- Représenter CBRE auprès de nos clients sur plusieurs projets
- Participer au développement de l'activité

**CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ**
- Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans une fonction similaire ou équivalente en Suisse. Une expérience en entreprise générale est un plus
- Vous bénéficiez d'un réseau de clientèle locale étendu et avez une bonne connaissance de l'environnement immobilier
- Vous avez le sens inné des responsabilités, de la rigueur et de la disponibilité
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (l'allemand un atout)
- Vous avez d'excellentes capacités en gestion de projets et en relation clients, également de l'expérience en pilotage de projets immobiliers complexes
- Vous êtes de nationalité suisse ou avez un permis de travail valable
