Project Manager / Business Analyst Business Intelligence (BI)

MAIN MISSIONS

Within the DGCS, the information systems section of the Finance and Information Systems Unit (UFSI), is a committed and efficient team made up of 10 people who operate in a stimulating climate. She manages the DGCS's IT modernization projects and ensures, on the business side, the maintenance of IT applications. In collaboration with the General Directorate for Digital and Information Systems (DGNSI), it ensures the business and technical coherence of the information system (IS).
In this context, UFSI is looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst Business Intelligence (BI) whose main missions will be to:
  • manage and coordinate, on the project management side, in collaboration with the DGNSI, the external partners of the DGCS, IS development projects, particularly on their Business Intelligence aspects;
  • develop and design, in close collaboration with the business sectors and the DGNSI, the Business Intelligence solutions of the DGCS and its partners;
  • participate in coordination with other IS managers in the operational maintenance of the Business Intelligence tools of the DGCS information system, support business sectors during the implementation of solutions.


DESIRED PROFILE

Higher education in university or EPF computer science, master's degree or qualification deemed equivalent.
Experience in management IT required.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the IT field, particularly in project management, organization and communication.
Self-assessment and lifelong learning.

With around 430 dedicated employees, the General Directorate of Social Cohesion (DGCS) has the mission of providing the Vaud population with social support, financial aid and accommodation for people vulnerable and simplify access to the services offered. The DGCS thus brings together all social and medico-social policy activities in the canton, with the aim of equal treatment for the population.
