Batgroup is growing and that’s why we're seeking an Operations Manager for one of our brands (PFA) in Lausanne, you will be responsible for the success of your team in the perfect execution of cleaning services and coordinating between our cleaners and our customers.

Your mission

Your role is crucial because it makes our entire business work. Client and agent retention and satisfaction are of paramount importance for our platform.

  • Develop strategy and roadmap for your team
  • Create and implement marketing plan (mix of online and strategic partnerships)
  • Manage P&L end-to-end
  • Constantly coach your team
  • Offer customised solutions to our clients
  • Ensure 100% service satisfaction
  • Work with the senior management team to solve complex cases





Requirements

Your weapons

  • 5+ years of experience managing a business, ideally in a scale-up of high-growth environment
  • Fluent English and French is a must. German is an advantage. 
  • Strategic mind with a track record of delivering exceptional results
  • You have a “can do” attitude, embrace hard challenges and focus on getting things done. Nothing can stop you
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
