**Description du poste**:
En tant que Gestionnaire de Campagnes CRM, vous serez responsable de développer, exécuter et optimiser des campagnes CRM afin de maximiser l'engagement, la rétention et la satisfaction de nos clients. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing, ventes et produits pour mettre en œuvre des stratégies efficaces de communication avec nos clients.
**Responsabilités**:
- Collaborer avec les équipes marketing pour intégrer les campagnes CRM dans les stratégies marketing globales de l'entreprise.
- Gérer et segmenter la base de données client pour assurer une pertinence maximale des messages et des offres.
- Mesurer et analyser les performances des campagnes, identifier les tendances et recommander des améliorations pour optimiser les résultats.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes produits pour comprendre les besoins et les comportements des clients afin de personnaliser les communications.
- Assurer une coordination efficace avec les équipes techniques pour garantir la mise en œuvre et le suivi appropriés des campagnes CRM.
**Qualifications**:
- Diplôme universitaire en marketing, communication, gestion ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience démontrée dans la gestion de campagnes CRM, de préférence dans un environnement B2C.
- Maîtrise des outils de CRM et des plateformes d'automatisation marketing.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques avec la capacité de transformer les données en insights exploitables.
- Fortes compétences en communication et en collaboration interfonctionnelle.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Souci du détail et orientation vers les résultats.
