Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit fundierten Englisch
- und Französischkenntnissen, die sich in einem Team von juristischen Fachspezialisten weiterentwickeln will. Als Legal Counsel unterstützt du das Team von Corporate Disclosure bei der Überwachungs
- und Durchsetzungstätigkeit von SIX Exchange Regulation AG und wirst Überwachungsaufgaben und Sanktionsverfahren begleiten und verantworten.

**Das sind deine Aufgaben**:

- Selbständige Überwachung der Einhaltung der börsenrechtlichen Regularien sowie Durchsetzung der Transparenzpflichten für an der Schweizer Börse kotierte Gesellschaften insbesondere in den Fachbereichen ad hoc Publizität und Management Transaktionen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Vorabklärungen sowie Untersuchungsverfahren; Redaktion von Sanktionsbescheiden und Vertretung von Sanktionsanträgen gegen Emittenten vor der Sanktionskommission und dem Schiedsgericht in deutscher, englischer und französischer Sprache
- Mündliche und schriftliche Beantwortung von Anfragen von Emittenten und deren Vertretern in deutscher, englischer und französischer Sprache
- Juristische Unterstützung in allgemeinen Rechtsfragen und Mitarbeit bei internen Projekten

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Rechtsstudium und vorzugsweise Schweizer Anwaltspatent oder äquivalente Ausbildung (Wahlfähigkeitszeugnis für Staatsanwältin/-anwalt etc.)
- 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Bereich des Verfahrens
- und Prozessrechts; Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und fundierte Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Gesellschafts
- und Kapitalmarktrechts
- Kollegialität, Neugierde und den Anspruch, professionelle Ergebnisse zu erzielen, strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise, sowie Bereitschaft, auch andere Teams und Fachbereiche zu unterstützen
- Ausgezeichnete redaktionelle Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, sehr gute schriftliche Französischkenntnisse
