Wir suchen eine erfahrene Juristin, die sich auf das schweizerische Gesellschafts- und Kapitalmarktrecht spezialisiert hat, um in unserer Offenlegungsabteilung zu arbeiten. Als Senior Legal Counsel und Deputy Head Disclosure Office unterstützt du die Teams des Prospectus Office und Disclosure Office bei der Prüfung von Prospekten und der Überwachung der Melde- und Veröffentlichungspflichten gemäss den geltenden Bestimmungen des Offenlegungsrechts.

Aufgaben
  • Prüfung von Prospekten gemäss den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung sowie Durchsetzung der Vorschriften des Offenlegungsrechts
  • Verfassen von Mitteilungen, Empfehlungen, Verfügungen usw.
  • Juristische Unterstützung in allgemeinen Rechtsfragen und Mitarbeit bei internen Projekten
  • Mündliche und schriftliche Beantwortung von Anfragen von Gesuchstellern und ihren Vertretern
  • Anwendung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der internetbasierten Applikationen
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Rechtsstudium mit Schweizer Anwaltspatent
  • Vorzugsweise 4-6 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich des schweizerischen Gesellschafts- und Kapitalmarktrechts; erste Führungserfahrung ist ein Plus
  • Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohen Qualitätsansprüchen, ganzheitlicher Betrachtungsweise, hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Teamplayer/in mit Organisationstalent, einem effizienten Zeitmanagement und guten IT-Anwenderkenntnissen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
