**Das sind Deine Aufgaben als Application Manager MS Dynamics**:

- Als Teildes Scrum-Teams entwickelst du bestehende MS Dynamics 365 Applikationen Sales und Customer Service weiter
- Du bist zuständig für die Betreuung/Koordination (2nd und 3rd Level Support) der MS Dynamics 365 Applikationen Sales und Customer Service
- Die Umsetzung von neuen Features (Analyse, Design sowie Lösungskonzeption) gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
- Zur Unterstützung deiner Kollegen leitest du kleine bis mittlere IT-Projekte mit Fokus auf der Sicherstellung des langfristigen Applikationsbetriebs
- Du analysierst applikatorische Störungen und Fehler und behebst diese
- Du berätst und unterstützt die Anwender/innen in der Applikations
- und Prozesshandhabung

**Damit überzeugst Du uns**:

- Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Informatiker/in oder Wirtschaftsinformatiker/in
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und/oder Betreuung von MS Dynamics 365 Applikationen Sales und Customer Service von Vorteil
- Berufserfahrung als Applikationsverantwortliche/r wünschenswert
- Freude an der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen und der Arbeit im agilen Modus in einem interdisziplinären Team
