We are looking for a dynamic Key Accounts Manager, that will play a vital role in our business growth in Bucharest, Romania.

Enhance and optimize relationship management with vendors and resellers.

Purpose for the position:

Drive Solution Understanding: Thoroughly comprehend and articulate the technical aspects of products/services to effectively address client needs and concerns. Strategic Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges, providing strategic pre-sales guidance on optimal technical solutions. Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth knowledge of the company's technical offerings, positioning them as innovative and valuable solutions for clients. Customized Presentations: Craft tailored presentations and demonstrations that showcase the technical capabilities and benefits of products/services. Collaborative Problem-Solving: Engage in collaborative problem-solving with clients, demonstrating the ability to address technical issues and provide effective solutions. Build Credibility: Establish and enhance credibility by being a trusted technical advisor during the pre-sales process, fostering confidence in the proposed solutions. Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, providing valuable feedback to enhance product development and marketing strategies. Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations during the pre-sales process. Effective Communication: Clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of proposed solutions. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales activities, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on technological advancements and industry best practices to continually enhance technical knowledge and expertise.

Your profile:

Technical Acumen: Proficient in IT with a strong technical background. Experience: Over 3 years of experience in a similar IT role, a definite plus. Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting personal quotas with knowledge of diverse sales techniques and effective pipeline management. Tech Enthusiast: Passionate about technology, eager to learn and adapt. Computer Proficiency: Demonstrates competency in using computer systems. Collaborative Team Player: Works effectively within a team. Analytical Skills: Possesses critical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities. Communication Prowess: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-Motivated: Inherent drive and motivation for success. SAP SD Advantage: Knowledge of SAP SD is an added advantage.

Main tasks:

Strategic Sales Management: Drive and elevate sales for top integrators on project-based initiatives. Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and assess sales strategies for optimum effectiveness. Product Identification: Identify products based on technical specifications and client requirements. Market Opportunity Recognition: Identify market opportunities, particularly through government programs and SEAP initiatives. Technical Consultation: Provide technical expertise during the purchasing process. Commercial Offer Preparation: Create commercial offers and offer necessary technical support for special requests. Technical Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations of technical solutions to clients. Deal Closure: Achieve a high rate of successful closure for new deals. Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Participation in Events: Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions for continuous professional development. Data-Driven Reporting: Provide management with detailed reports and feedback using statistical data analysis.
