We are on the lookout for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and drive sales in Croatian Market.

ALSO brings together over 800 vendors and 135,000 buyers in the ICT industry, providing hardware, software, and IT services. With a one-stop-shop approach, ALSO operates in 30 European countries, generating total net sales of approximately 12.6 billion euros in 2022.

Purpose for the position:

Serve the customers in best possible way, based on their premises Develop good relations with customers Deep knowledge about customers´ business, including their concept, strategies and end-customers Make visible to the dealer what ALSO can contribute with and the benefits we provide the dealer.

Authority:

Sales of the company´s product and service range Negotiate framework agreement with customers Make offers to customers according to given framework

Must skills:

Relevant education Relevant experience Selling, communicative and relations-oriented personality High-potential to adapt, cooperate, analyze and create good solutions

Main tasks:

Includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following conditions: Be the customer's main contact person in ALSO Identify how the customer wants to be followed up from ALSO regarding product training, selling, follow-up, information flow, etc. Make customer analysis, including profitability Establish and maintain customer and activity plan Prepare and maintain work plan for the respective areas Prepare a weekly report for follow-up of customers Ensure that ALSO becomes a prioritized partner Have knowledge of the customer's organization, business concept, employees and other information that is crucial to be able to process the customer in an efficient manner as early as possible Sell ALSO as a main partner and be able to defend the added value ALSO represents in all product areas Give product organization information about any problems or needs Ensure that the customers choose as wide product range from ALSO as possible Help customers to set budgets on the different product areas Carry out market activities together with customers Follow-up of sales objectives, and sell the entire product and service portfolio Ensure that customers are treated correctly - with right prices, follow-up tasks etc. Perform tasks according to business plan / work plan Keep knowledge about customers, prices, products and technical info up to date Follow-up of budgets / plans with measures regarding possible deviations (weekly or monthly) Actively work to achieve the company's goals
