We are looking for a new leader to our Cloud Team in Finland.

Our goal is to work closely with our customers to create business opportunities and more satisfied end customers through ALSO Cloud Marketplace (ACMP). ACMP is Europe's largest and most comprehensive online marketplace consisting of consumption-based services from leading global vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, Docusign and +100 other ISV's.

Head of Consumptional Business Finland

We are looking for a strategic and result oriented Executive who inspires customers and employees to create results through cooperation. You will focus on driving and developing the business of cloud-based services, and therefore you must have experience with consumption-based services and a desire to achieve good results through your high level of performance and progress. You will be part of the Management Team in Finland and you will report to Nordic CCO and SVP Comsumptional Business.

Main responsibilities of the Head of consumptional business:

Set targets and priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.

Lead and develop ALSO's Cloud / Consumptional business in Finland. Full responsibility of turnover, profitability and P&L. Lead and execute activities to Market together with internal stakeholders. Be in charge of growth, business plans and co-operation with Vendors and other stakeholders. Build and develop customer relationships, enable partners to be successful with help of ALSO. Lead a team of Cloud Specialists, support them in achieving their objectives and setup individual development plans for everyone in the team. As being part of ALSO Finland management team lead and drive the company to success.

Your Profile:

We expect you have the right energy, discipline and empathy to lead your business further. You should be passionate about creating results and have the courage and the will to make results happen. You are a Leader by heart and with the ability to influence, develop and empower employees to achieve objectives through a team approach.

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Technology or Economy. Very good understanding about Cloud and CSP business, as well as comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft business environment. Understanding of platform business and technical competences to create solutions for customers. Proven track record at successfully leading and developing Cloud business in Customer environment. Experienced in:Leading a team of specialists. Business- / sales development.Cloud sales. Capable of decision making and executing organizational activities. Team player, strong will to win, self driven & hard working. Local market knowledge. Excellent communication skills.
