**DAS FELFEL OPERATIONS TEAM & DEIN IMPACT**:
FELFEL ist ein Familienunternehmen, welches die Esskultur in Büros in den letzten Jahren mit dem intelligenten 'FELFEL Kühlschrank' und hochwertigem Büro
- Kaffee revolutioniert hat.
Unser Operations Team ist zuständig, dass unsere Firmenkunden das definierte 'Produkt' erhalten, welches vom Produkt
- sowie Kundenteam definiert wird (Produkte im FELFEL, Kühlschrank Merchandising, Qualität der Bestückung, Lieferzeiten etc.). Es besteht aus rund 30 festangestellten Mitarbeitenden und 60 Teilzeitmitarbeitenden.
Das Operations Team ist auch für die Installation und Pflege der FELFEL Kühlschränke zuständig und kommissioniert in der grossen Kühlzelle alle einzelnen Essprodukte für unsere Firmenkunden. Dabei fallen wichtige Aufgaben wie Warenannahme, Qualitätskontrolle sowie weitere wichtige Logistikprozesse.
Die Rolle als VP Operations beinhaltet die Führung des gesamten operativen Geschäfts der Logistik-, Lager-, Hardware
- sowie Food Safety & Qualityabteilung.
Zu deinen Herausforderungen gehören die professionelle Führung der Teams, der Ausbau und die Professionalisierung der Geschäftsbeziehungen mit unseren Partnern. Neben der Weiterentwicklung der Teams bist Du für die stetige Verbesserung des Kundenerlebnisses verantwortlich und unterstützt aktiv strategische und operative Projekte in deinem Bereich. Du berichtest direkt an den CFO von FELFEL.
**DEINE AUFGABEN**:
- Eigenständige Führung / Motivation der Teams (Logistik, Warehouse, Hardware und Food Safety & Quality). Zudem garantierst Du einen täglichen reibungslosen Ablauf der damit verbundenen Prozesse und stellst sicher, dass alle FELFEL so bestückt / vom Endkunden angetroffen werden, wie vom Produktteam definiert.
- Du setzt selbständig strategische Projekte mit dem Ziel von Effizienzsteigerung und Skalierbarkeit in diesen Bereichen um und garantierst dadurch mit dem Wachstumszielen von FELFEL Schritt zu halten.
- Überarbeitung von existierenden und Einführen von neuen Prozessen / Richtlinien mit dem Ziel die Funktionalität des Tagesgeschäftes zu festigen. Ausserdem verbesserst Du zusammen mit unserem Technologieteam unsere verwendeten Werkzeuge und Systeme.
- Du bist dafür verantwortlich, dass alles bei unseren Kunden funktioniert: Starke Abläufe machen es möglich, dass unsere Kunden jeden Tag ein einwandfreies Erlebnis mit unserem Service haben - von pünktlichen Lieferungen, korrektem Binning, ordentlich gemachter Kühlschrankbefüllung bis hin zu einem voll funktionsfähigen FELFEL. Dein Ziel ist es, sicherzustellen, dass wir unser bestehendes Serviceniveau hochhalten und weiterhin verbessern.
- Qualitätsmanagement und der damit verbundenen Lebensmittelsicherheitsprozesse: Du bist dafür verantwortlich, dass unsere Qualitätsstandards sowie alle gesetzlichen Vorgaben von allen relevanten internen und externen Stellen eingehalten werden.
- Berichterstellung, Analysen und Budgetverwaltung: Du bist dafür verantwortlich, KPIs und Berichte zu erstellen und sicherzustellen, dass wir die festgelegten Ziele in einer bestimmten Zeit erreichen. Du bist für das Budget in deinem Bereich verantwortlich. Das bedeutet, dass unsere Kosten innerhalb des Budgets und der KPIs bleiben oder Prozesse entsprechend geändert werden, damit wir sie erreichen können.
- Koordination mit verschiedenen Teams: Du verwaltest viele Berührungspunkte mit anderen Teammitgliedern - Du findest die bestmögliche Lösung für gemeinsame Probleme.
**WER DU BIST**:
- Du hast mindestens 7 Jahre Führungserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Bereich und kennst dich mit technologischen Tools im Operations Management aus
- Du bist kommunikationsstark: es fällt dir leicht mit CFO's, Lastwagenfahrern oder dem Bäckerchef zu kommunizieren und etwas zu bewegen.
- Du hast ein starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und arbeitest genau, da mehr als 100'000 Menschen zur Verpflegung auf Dich angewiesen sind
- Du bewahrst auch im grössten Sturm die Ruhe, vor allem wenn etwas schiefgeht.
- Du hast eine positive Einstellung und «The Answer is Yes».
- Du sprichst Englisch und Deutsch. Französisch, Italienisch oder eine andere Sprache ist ein grosses Plus
- Du isst gerne
- Im Arbeitsalltag rauchst Du nicht ;)
- Arbeitserlaubnis Schweiz oder EU/EFTA Nationalität.
