Customer Care Manager mit Führungsverantwortung (m/w/d) 100%
Neben der Leitung des Customer Care Teams, bist du auch das Bindeglied zwischen den verschiedenen Abteilungen des Unternehmens.
Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören:
Leitung der Abteilung Kundenbetreuung und Export im Hinblick auf Qualität, Effizienz und Einhaltung der Vorschriften
Überwachung unserer OTIF- und Service-KPIs
Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozessdokumentationen für die Kundenbetreuung im Einklang mit der globalen BC-Strategie
Verwaltung der Transportkosten und Auswahl unserer Lieferanten (teilweise über Ausschreibungen)
Sämtliche Aktivitäten in Zusammenhang mit Trade Compliance
Entwicklung und Schulung des Teams
Beteiligung an Projekten zur Optimierung unserer Prozesse und Dienstleistungen
Du bringst mit:
EFZ Aussenhandelsfachmann/-frau, Aussenhandelsleiter/in oder Studium mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Export
3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Export und der Kundenbetreuung sowie entsprechender Führungserfahrung in einem schnelllebigen und anspruchsvollen Umfeld
Zahlenaffine und durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit, die gerne selbstständig und strukturiert arbeitet, auch unter Zeitdruck, sowie Sachverhalte hinterfragt und nach Lösungen sucht
Proaktive/r und kommunikative/r Teamplayer/in
Gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Suite, vor allem Excel
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
