Trek Bicycle ist ein global führender Hersteller von innovativen Fahrrädern und Fahrrad
Für unseren Kundensupport (Verkaufsinnendienst, Garantieabwicklung und technischer Service) suchen wir für unseren Standort Dübendorf/ZH per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n erfahrene:n:
Customer Care Guide 80-100% (all genders)
Deine Hauptaufgaben:
- Beantwortung eingehender Telefonate, Mails, Faxe
- Aktiver Verkauf
- Kundenbetreuung
- Abstimmung der einzelnen Belange zwischen Customer Care und Buchhaltung
- Enge Kooperation mit dem Aussendienst
- Bearbeitung eingehender Garantieanträge per Telefon oder E-Mail
- Auskunft und Beratung technischer Anfragen zu unseren Bikes
- Direkt-Online Servicearbeiten/Support an Kundenrädern
- Erstellen von Gutschriften und Ersatzlieferungen
- Bearbeitung von Endkunden-Anfragen
- Mithilfe an der Haus-Show und Test Events
- Stell
- und Ferienvertretung Back Office (ca. 20% pro Monat)
Dein Profil:
- Beruflich:_
- Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder Verkauf
- Erfahrung mit E-Bikes und Flair für Elektronik
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der Microsoft-Office-Programme (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint etc.)
- Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung in Bereich telefonische Kundenbetreuung
- Flexibilität mit einem breit gefächerten Aufgabenkatalog umzugehen
- Bereitschaft in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Zweiradmechaniker - Ausbildung oder professionelle Werkstattkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sprachen:_
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch und Französisch von Vorteil
