Tasks

We are looking for a Business Development Director to lead the adoption of our technology in the Financial Services Industry (FSI). The role will consist of
- scale our early successes in the FSI, focusing first on the Swiss market
- develop a sales playbook for Decentriq in the FSI
- collaborate with Decentriq strategic partners to accelerate our commercial growth
- own and grow the relationships with existing large FSI enterprise accounts
- build out and manage a team to support you
- represent Decentriq at industry events and conferences
- relay constant customer feedback to our product team to ensure product and commercial teams are aligned

**Requirements**:

- prior experience and track record in Business Development / Sales in the FSI - minimum 5 years
- pragmatic leader
- genuine curiosity in data and technology
- german fluency
- strong knowledge of the Financial Services market, especially in Switzerland
