With a vibrant community and over $5B of digital assets, we’re seeking a Global Director of Tokenization Sales to drive our tokenization services to new heights.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Global Director of Tokenization Sales will lead our worldwide sales strategy for tokenization services, targeting industries like real estate, art, and commodities. You’ll build and manage a high-performing sales team, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth by positioning Coin Factory as the go-to platform for asset tokenization.

- Develop and execute a global sales strategy for tokenization services, aligning with Coin Factory’s revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a sales team to target enterprises, startups, and high-net-worth investors.
- Identify and close high-value deals with clients seeking to tokenize assets like real estate, intellectual property, or collectibles.
- Build partnerships with blockchain platforms, legal firms, and financial institutions to streamline tokenization processes.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling campaigns that highlight Coin Factory’s tokenization expertise.
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines, forecast sales, and report performance metrics.
- Stay ahead of tokenization trends, regulatory changes, and market opportunities in the blockchain ecosystem.
**Qualifications**:
- 7+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years in blockchain, tokenization, or fintech sales.
- Proven track record of closing $5M+ in annual sales, ideally in B2B or high-value B2C markets.
- Deep knowledge of asset tokenization, smart contracts, and blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Ethereum, BNB).
- Experience building and leading global sales teams in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
- Strong network in crypto, finance, or real estate sectors; existing relationships with C-suite executives a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA, Blockchain Council) preferred.
