**Job Summary**
- At Huisong, we are looking for a motivated, passionate, and experiences Sales Director to join our global team As our Sales Director, your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain high-quality business opportunities by implementing a sustainable sales strategy and building a strong and talented team.
**Sales & Marketing**
- Discover and develop new customers and market opportunities in Europe
- Maintain and grow business relationship with existing clients
- Maintain and improve Huisong’s brand image and reputation in the region
- Set and achieve sales targets for the organization
- Develop new products and services for customers in the region
**General Management**:
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to develop Huisong’s short and long-term sustainable growth strategy in the European market for the next 10-15 years
- Develop and enforce general management policies, guidelines, SOP, and documents
- Expand and grow Huisong’s presence in Europe by recruiting and onboarding new talent
- Provide professional guidance/training for new talent
- Assist in developing performance review for new talent
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
**Education and Experience Requirements**
- 6+ years of sales experience in either nutrition supplements, foods & beverages, pharmaceuticals, or essential oil & fragrances manufacturing or distribution companies
- 4+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's degrees in business administration, economics, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, food science & technology, plant science, nutrition science, or other related fields
