Relock is a fast-growing start-up based in Zurich, Switzerland, that is revolutionizing the relocation industry. We offer a cutting-edge platform that brings users together with all relevant services and products for their moving.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP Growth Marketing to lead our marketing team and accelerate our growth trajectory. As a VP Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention across our online platform business with B2C and B2B2C segments. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Tasks
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention across our online platform business with B2C and B2B2C segments.
- Define and manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI goals to ensure maximum impact and efficiency of marketing efforts
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, setting goals, developing talent, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration

**Requirements**:

- Comprehensive experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2C and B2B2C online platform business
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and retention through innovative marketing strategies and tactics incl. usage of the respective tools (e.g. customer.io).
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with expertise in metrics, KPIs, and ROI analysis
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent in English and ideally German and / or French
