**Our Brand**
Many years in the making, Lyre’s exquisite range of lovingly crafted alcohol-free, classic spirits was borne from a quest to make the impossible possible. To provide an alternative to those who don’t wish to imbibe alcohol, but still wish to enjoy the mirth, merriment and social intercourse of an evening soiree or shindig. The Lyre’s spirit range pays homage to the original spirit of origin, so for example, our Dry London Spirit is inspired by Gin (but we can’t call it Gin, as it’s a protected term) and is designed to look, smell and taste as close as is possible, to its alcoholic counterpart. The brand Lyre’s is named after the Australian Lyrebird, which is Nature’s ultimate mimic and can recreate the sound of anything it hears.
**Requirements**:
**Key Deliverables**
- Right hand to the VP European Marketing in the development of the marketing plan and programs, both short and long-range, to support sales, revenue, and profit objectives of the organisation. Aligns resources and priorities consistent with the business strategy.
- Working in close collaboration with the VP European Marketing and Global Marketing Team in the development and adaptation of assets and tools needed to support the Brand Consumer marketing message, including creative, social media, POS, On and Off-Premise activation, traditional, social and digital media
- Work closely with our Distributor teams to build channel specific marketing plans that accelerate our growth across, ensuring they have the tools they need to achieve their KPIs across all channels
- Monitoring product distribution and supporting distribution growth including trade marketing and retail growth as required
- Working in close conjunction with our agencies to develop corporate and consumer communications according to growth plans and brand messaging.
- Develop, manage, and execute an events calendar(physical and digital)that supports channel objectives.
- Field engagement (physical and virtual) to oversee marketing programs, consumer and trade response and fine-tuning of all consumer marketing activities. Evaluates and recommends channel development programs
- Operational responsibility for local brand budgets, including Trade and Consumer
- Undertakes and integrates research and insights into decision making and tracking performance against plan
- Work closely with the Brand Ambassador Team to develop consumer and trade events and activations.
- Build and leverage local partnerships, sponsorships and events in the field, at retail and online.
- Monitors competitive products and marketing activities
- Assist in the creation and implementation of new product launch strategies, including adaptation of international materials & advertising to local markets. Manage packaging development across multiple regions and manufacturing sites.

- Management of Communications strategy and deliverablesCore Skills:
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the drinks market (similar FMCG considered)
- Proven results delivering growth across a range of customers and channels
- Experience in developing commercially relevant marketing plan according to brand growth principals
- A strong cultural fit with the Lyre’s team, having an entrepreneurial outlook, business building ethic and passion for the rapid growth of a new emerging category
- Capability to build strong relationships of a commercial nature across the business, with partners and consumers
- Experience in managing a budget
- Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
- A solid understanding of the business planning process and the ability to build a bottoms-up plan is a requirement
- Maintain high-level attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of distributor and retail operations and of appropriate brand-building and local marketing tactics.
**Preferred**
- A Business or Marketing Degree/Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Drinks Industry
- Experience of working with Distributor Teams
**Details**
- Start - ASAP
- Location - Remote, ideally based in one of our core markets (Germany, Netherlands, France) although all European locations will be considered.
- This is a full-time, permanent position.
