- Are you a visual storyteller? Do you have proven experience to elevate a brand across various consumer touchpoints with originality and quality at the forefront of every endeavor?
- We’re looking for a Brand Experience Designer to:
- craft and execute exceptional design solutions, building concepts that translate into functional, beautiful brand experiences across all touchpoints
- lead and manage projects from ideation to execution, ensuring the utmost originality and consistency with brand guidelines.
- translate consumer needs and brand identity into captivating creative concepts, maintaining brand consistency across all design elements
- create engaging presentations, participate in design reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring design strategies to life
- advise internal stakeholders and provide innovative solutions that support our brand, including branding projects and organization of photo shoots and events
- stay abreast of current trends, proposing relevant and cutting-edge ideas to keep the brand at the forefront of its industry

- You’ll be working in the Group Brand Experience team in Zurich, the heart of UBS brand visualization, spread across Switzerland, Poland, and the USA, offering great opportunities for professional growth in a multinational environment. Embedded in the Group Brand & Marketing Innovation area, we grow and enable the brand and showcase excellence for global and group wide projects. **Your expertise**
- BA/BS in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or similar discipline, with 3-5+ years of relevant experience
- a strong portfolio demonstrating mastery in graphic design, brand identity, storytelling, problem-solving, and technical skills
- exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and MS Office Applications
- strong communication skills, with the ability to justify conceptual choices and collaborate effectively across teams
- outstanding project management skills, with a knack for handling multiple initiatives and adapting to changing priorities
- keen eye for detail and a client-focused, structured, team player attitude, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
