Your opportunity

We're looking for a talented and motivated Junior Multimedia Designer to join one of our cutting-edge portfolio ventures in Switzerland. As a Junior Multimedia Designer, you will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence, supporting the development of a video studio, and contributing to the creation of scalable, high-quality content. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing Team to implement strategies that promote our venture and effectively engage our target audience.

Tasks
- Content Production: Contribute to the creation of ad and visual content across various platforms, including social media and the venture’s website.
- Design Support & Templates: Assist in developing a flexible design system and templates specifically tailored to ad and visual content.
- Quality & Brand Consistency: Ensure that every interaction point with our brand reflects high design quality and remains consistent with our brand ethos.
- Brand Representation: Support the management of social media platforms, including content curation, audience engagement, and maintaining the consistent representation of the brand's image and voice.
- Data Assistance: Aid in monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance metrics, using data insights to contribute to improving our content strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English and German.
- Experience with social media management to contribute to brand visibility and engagement.
- Interest in creating ad and visual content, including static, animated, and video content.
- Awareness of strategies to support the reach and impact of visual content.
- Attention to detail and ability to structure tasks to align with broader objectives.
- Ability to prioritize tasks for maximum output with a commitment to follow-through on projects and responsibilities.
