- Are you ready to make a significant impact in the dynamic world of marketing and brand management? As the Marketing & Brand Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end implementation of offline and online marketing and communication strategies, ensuring the achievement of acquisition and brand development goals. If you're passionate about crafting compelling brand stories, driving engagement on social media, and maintaining brand integrity across various platforms, we want to hear from you. - Tasks:

- Oversee end-to-end implementation of marketing initiatives to achieve acquisition and brand development goals, including budgeting, communication planning, agency coordination, production, and reporting
- Collaborate on online marketing efforts to ensure achievement of acquisition targets
- Manage brand communication to effectively convey swype's mission statement, involving copywriting, creative direction, and enhancing brand awareness
- Lead customer base communication strategies to meet defined KPIs, encompassing strategic planning, copywriting, and channel management
- Take full ownership of social media management and community building, crafting engagement-driving strategies, developing roadmaps, and overseeing production plans
- Conduct reputation monitoring and analysis across web, social media, and review platforms to maintain brand integrity
- Requirements:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in the field of marketing, communication or business administration
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing management, brand or corporate communication in a B2C or agency environment, experience in the telecommunication industry is a plus
- Proven ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, with a keen interest in online marketing
- Proven ability to manage social media platforms, online communities on a strategical level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage marketing and communication activities
- English & German - Fluent, written and spoken
