Brand & Communications leads, promotes and shapes the Julius Baer brand in an integrated manner to support our business as centre of competence in this field. Our teams ensure a consistent expression and delivery of Julius Baer’s brand as a reflection of our purpose across all channels and disciplines towards our stakeholders.

We are looking for a skilled, digital savvy Junior Brand Manager who supports the team in the daily business with all branding related tasks to ensure a seamless implementation and client journey of all brand activities and campaigns. As a contact for all branding requests, you will review and approve the design of client facing marketing material, maintain guidelines and templates further develop the visual identity with distinctive imagery, iconography and other designs elements. You will also support in the development of various campaigns and branding initiatives, aligned with internal stakeholders as well as agencies to ensure a successful and smooth running of all projects.

You will report to the responsible of the Branding team to support her to further evolve the brand in line with the brand story.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Manage daily branding requests (tending the requests from the whole bank worldwide)
- Review and approve of marketing collateral such as presentations, publications, and videos from a branding perspective
- Further develop the brand identity, corporate design, brand tonality, and language with respective guidelines as well as templates
- Organise and process requests and orders for print and digital advertisements
- Develop and process image concepts and requests for various projects and initiatives
- Create and approve digital assets for various touchpoints and channels
- Ensure a seamless communication with internal stakeholders and support them in our one-brand strategy

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Degree in Brand/Marketing Management or in the field of business communications
- Previous experience with a company that has strong brand presence in the market (preferably from the consumer or luxury industry)
- Sound knowledge and expertise in branding, especially in digital branding and media
- Excellent knowledge with MS Office programs, including Word, Excel and especially PowerPoint
- Intermediated level in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very good organisation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Results oriented with strong bias for action and a high level of energy and enthusiasm, highly motivated
- Should be a self-starter who works independently and in team environments
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Open, assertive, team-oriented person with a friendly, front oriented spirit
