Retail Brand Manager

Identify the channels, tactics, and activities that are bringing visitors to our retail stores: retail displays and in-store initiatives, online listings, digital marketing and word of mouth.
- Responsible for monitoring the sales performance of the store and strategizing efficient techniques to sell goods and services to the customers.
- Works with other Retail functions (Sales, HD-CH) to ensure key stores have special retail marketing support
- Lead the CRM lifecycle from purchase to service.
- Manage store signage program including design, custom options and co-op incentives.
- Feedback to logistics and manufacturing solutions, manage product assortment, pricing and proprietary packaging.
- Order and configure new hardware and software for stores.
- Lead staff in CRM activities and weekly reporting of sales analytics.
- landing pages (pertaining to Stores) including meta data to improve SEO optimization.
- Coordinate and execute all POS, signage and advertising for all corporate and vendor supply marketing campaigns.
- Integrate partners in advertising, leveraging products to increase brand credibility and provide add value to customers.
- Direct ongoing design, distribution & management of all in store permanent fixture hardware, merchandising artwork & associate budgets.
- Regular visits to our retail locations and speaks with the store managers about sales programs, incentive programs and all placement opportunities
- Not mandatory: Prepares social media contents and materials for Stores; Manage,monitor, and execute day-to-day social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) for stores
- Assist in developing tactical retail marketing plans for products.
- Execute on partner events, conferences, and meeting in CH
- Collaborate with creative teams to provide the best content to suit our retailer's needs, including images, video, and ad copy.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 year' experience in retail channel marketing, consumer electronics, sales, brand marketing, project management, or similarly related fields.
- Excellent use and command of the German/ French language
- Excellent PC Skills (especially Excel and Power Point)
- Resourcefulness to new software programs and continually evolving processes.
- Self-motivated, with an aptitude for multitasking and the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat is a plus.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
- Willing to make frequent stores visits
- Possess proven project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work across teams, and with many partners.
