Job Description
Sandro is looking for an experienced Area Manager for its points of sales (corners and boutiques) in Switzerland (French and German regions).
You will assume responsibility for the overall success of the stores by setting targets, working closely with the teams, and ensuring that such targets are attained.

In this role, you will oversee sales performance, KPIs, and manage overall store standards and processes for customer service excellence.

As a field-based role, it is central to fostering strong relationships and leading commercial strategies that deliver exceptional results and elevate the customer experience. Regular weekly store visits across your region are essential, as is hands-on support for in-store teams to drive sales growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as area manager and with solid in-store background.
  • Strong customer service focus and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness paired with solid analytical skills.
  • Experience in fashion retail preferred.
  • Fluent in English, the knowledge of German and/or French will be considered a plus.
  • Availability to travel in the assigned area weekly.
